Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship through reputable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and other authorized delivery partners.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States and its territories where carrier services are available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Paradigm Cubed LLC is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is:
- Lost: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged: Notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier before contacting us.
We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving shipping issues but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related losses.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipment to certain locations where carrier service is unavailable.
- Restrict shipments of certain products where required by law.
- Cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations.
Address Changes
Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address modifications can be made.
